1. Pre-Owned Products Warranty

  • All pre-owned consoles and hardware come with a limited warranty (typically 30 days) unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Products are quality checked and tested before dispatch to ensure proper functionality.

Warranty Covers:

  • Functional issues under normal usage

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, liquid damage)

2. Brand New Products

  • Brand new products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Customers must contact the brand’s official service center for any warranty claims.

  • GamePrex is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims or timelines.


3. Extended Warranty (Optional)

Customers have the option to purchase an Extended Warranty for eligible products.

Extended Warranty Benefits:

  • Extends coverage beyond the standard warranty period

  • Covers internal hardware issues after the default warranty expires

  • Provides additional peace of mind for long-term use

Important Notes:

  • Extended warranty must be purchased along with the product or within the eligible timeframe

  • Coverage begins after the original warranty period ends

  • Terms and duration may vary depending on the product


4. Warranty Claims Process

To request a warranty claim:

  2. Share a description of the issue (images/videos may be required)

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

After Approval:

  • The product may be repaired or replaced depending on availability

  • Processing time is usually 2–5 business days after receiving the product


5. Important Conditions

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received (excluding normal usage)

  • Warranty is void if seals are broken or the product is tampered with

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims


6. Limitation of Warranty

GamePrex’s warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. No additional compensation or claims will be entertained.
