At GamePrex, we make it simple and transparent for gamers to sell their old games, consoles, and accessories and upgrade to something better.

1. How It Works

Selling your gaming products to GamePrex is easy:

  1. Submit your product details (console, games, or accessories)

  2. Receive an estimated price based on current market value

  3. Ship the product or schedule a pickup (if available)

  4. Product is inspected and verified

  5. Payment is processed after successful verification

2. Pricing & Valuation

  • The price offered is an estimated value based on the details you provide

  • Final pricing is determined after physical inspection of the product

  • Factors affecting valuation include:

    • Product condition

    • Functionality

    • Completeness (box, accessories, etc.)

    • Current market demand

We aim to maintain a fair and transparent pricing process for all customers.

3. Condition Requirements

To qualify for trade-in:

  • Products must be in working condition

  • Consoles should include essential accessories (controller, cables, etc.)

  • Discs should be readable and free from major damage

  • Products must not be stolen, counterfeit, or under finance

4. Inspection & Approval

  • All products are inspected upon arrival at our facility

  • If the product matches the submitted condition, the quoted price will be honored

  • If discrepancies are found, a revised price may be offered

You will always be informed before any changes are finalized.

5. Rejected Items

A product may be rejected if:

  • It is not functional

  • It does not match the submitted details

  • It is physically damaged beyond acceptable limits

In such cases:

  • The product can be returned to you (shipping charges may apply), OR

  • It can be shipped free with your next order (if applicable)

6. Shipping / Pickup

  • Free pickup is available in select serviceable areas

  • If pickup is unavailable, you can self-ship the product

  • A ₹100 reimbursement will be provided for self-shipping

7. Payment

  • Payment is processed after successful inspection and approval

  • Payment timelines: within 24–48 hours after approval

  • Payments are made via:

    • Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) OR

    • GamePrex Wallet (if selected)

8. Important Notes

  • The final decision on product acceptance lies with GamePrex

  • Please ensure accurate product details to avoid delays

  • Any tampering or mismatch may result in rejection or price revision
