  • Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email after dispatch.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped on or after the official release date.

6. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns:

  • Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery, along with proof (images/video).

  • Returns are accepted only for functional defects or incorrect items.

Important Notes for Pre-Owned Products:

  • Minor cosmetic wear or box damage is expected and is not considered a defect.

  • Game boxes, covers, or manuals may vary.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of approved returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

7. Pre-Owned Product Disclaimer

  • All pre-owned products are quality checked and tested before dispatch.

  • DLC codes, manuals, or original packaging may not be included.

8. Warranty Policy

  • Pre-owned hardware includes a limited warranty (e.g., 30 days) unless stated otherwise.

  • New products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

9. Sell / Trade-In Policy

  • By selling products to GamePrex, you confirm that you are the rightful owner.

  • All items are subject to inspection and final valuation.

  • Final price may vary based on product condition, functionality, and market demand.

  • We aim to maintain a fair and transparent evaluation process.

Shipping for Trade-Ins:

  • Free pickup may be available in selected locations.

  • For self-shipping, a fixed reimbursement may be provided.

Rejected Items:

  • Items failing quality checks may be returned at your cost or shipped free with a future order.

10. GamePrex Wallet

  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and can only be used on gameprex.in.

  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.

  • Credits do not expire unless specified otherwise.

11. Extended Warranty (If Applicable)

  • Covers internal hardware failures only.

  • Does not cover physical damage or accessories.

  • Claims are processed via repair or replacement depending on availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

GamePrex shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by external factors (courier delays, natural events, etc.)

  • Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
