1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST (on business days) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities & state capitals: 1–2 business days

  • Other cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote locations: May take slightly longer

We work with trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking details via email

  • Updates in your account dashboard

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery and to prevent damage during transit.

6. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-ordered items are shipped on or after the official release date.

  • You will receive tracking details once the item is dispatched.

7. Shipping for Sell / Trade-In Orders

  • We offer free pickup for sell/trade-in orders in serviceable areas.

  • If pickup is not available, you can self-ship the product, and we will reimburse up to ₹100 for shipping costs.

8. Delays & Liability

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier or external factors.

GamePrex is responsible for dispatching your order within the stated timelines. Delivery timelines are subject to courier partner operations and location-based conditions.
