At GamePrex, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent experience for all our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


2. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product has a functional defect=

Return Window:

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Customers must provide clear images or videos as proof


3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor cosmetic wear or box damage in pre-owned products

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Missing DLC codes, manuals, or original packaging (for pre-owned items)

  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after delivery.

4. Special Conditions for Pre-Owned Products

  • All pre-owned products are quality checked and tested before dispatch

  • Cosmetic condition may vary from product images

  • Minor wear is expected and not considered a defect


5. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in cases of approved returns.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider


6. Replacement (If Applicable)

  • If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement requests are subject to stock availability


7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will arrange return pickup or reimburse shipping

  • In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer


8. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Game discs must include our verification stamp (if applicable)

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
